Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and orders received through online B2B platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.
- Maintain and update product listings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Respond promptly to buyer queries and follow up for order closures.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the field sales team, including preparing quotations, reports, and relevant data.
