We are looking for a proactive and organized E-Commerce Executive to manage online orders, product listings, and day-to-day e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience and be familiar with e-commerce tools, order processing, and B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities Manage and process online and B2B customer orders. Update and maintain product listings, catalogs, and product information. Coordinate with customers regarding orders, availability, and delivery status.

Handle order processing from confirmation to dispatch. Use e-commerce platforms and tools to manage daily operations. Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team. Generate and maintain sales and order reports.

Support B2B sales activities and follow up with business customers. Resolve basic customer and order-related issues.



Ensure product information and pricing are accurate across online platforms.
