Experience- 0 to 3 years (e-commerce industry experience preferred)
Industry: E-commerce
Educational Qualification: MBA or PGDM (Marketing or Operations)
Skills: Robust written and verbal communication (Preferred Language English)
Basic Knowledge: Excel, PPT
Job Responsibilities
- Order processing across all portals
- Packaging and dispatch of daily orders
- Processing return orders
- Managing warehouse Shipments
- Inventory Management
- New Cataloguing uploading
- Existing catalogue issues
- Coordinate with Logistics partner
- Coordinate with ops and technical teams to resolve operational issues
Job Timings: 10:00 am to 06:30 pm (6 days a week)
