Job Responsibilities

Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, Flipkart, Etsy, eBay, Nykaa, Tata CLiQ, Blinkit, Alibaba & IndiaMART.

Create and manage product listings, images, descriptions, pricing and inventory.

Handle orders, returns, cancellations and customer queries.

Monitor sales, marketplace performance and resolve account issues.

Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for smooth order processing.

Prepare basic sales and performance reports.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of e-commerce/marketplace experience.

Good knowledge of the above-mentioned platforms.

Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple marketplaces independently.

Preferred: Experience with fashion, footwear, jewellery or lifestyle products.
