We are looking for a commercially driven Dry Bulk Shipbroker who is ready to build stronger relationships, originate new business and grow their success on a global platform.

The OpportunityThis is more than a traditional broking role. We are looking for an experienced broker with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants the platform and freedom to develop business, build a client portfolio and create long-term commercial relationships.

You will have the opportunity to leverage your existing network while developing new relationships across the international dry bulk market.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, charterers, traders and operators.
- Identify and originate new business opportunities across the dry bulk market.
- Negotiate and conclude voyage and/or time charter fixtures.
- Develop and manage a strong portfolio of clients and counterparties.
- Monitor freight markets, vessel positions, cargo movements and market fundamentals.
- Provide clients with relevant market intelligence and commercially valuable insights.
- Build repeat business through strong relationship management and consistent execution.
- Collaborate with the wider ACE team to identify and maximise market opportunities.
- Stay updated on freight rates, vessel supply, demand trends and global commodity flows.





What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of proven experience in Dry Bulk Shipbroking.
- An established network of Shipowners, Charterers, Traders and/or Operators.
- Proven ability to negotiate and conclude fixtures.
- Strong understanding of the international dry bulk freight market.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- A strong business development mindset with the ability to originate new opportunities.
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial approach to building business.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
