Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and hire qualified Class A CDL drivers across the U.S.
- Source candidates through Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen drivers based on CDL, experience, driving history, availability, and company requirements.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Coordinate with operations and safety teams for driver qualification and onboarding.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified CDL driver candidates.
- Meet weekly and monthly driver hiring targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Identify new sourcing strategies to improve driver hiring volume and quality.
- For Senior Executive / Team Lead roles, guide recruitment executives and monitor team performance.

Requirements

- Experience in U.S.



Class A CDL driver recruitment preferred.
- Knowledge of the U.S. trucking industry and CDL driver requirements.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with high-volume recruitment.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with hiring KPIs.
- Experience with Indeed, recruiting platforms, ATS, or similar tools is a plus.
- Robust follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years: Driver Recruitment Executive
- 3–5 years: Senior Driver Recruitment Executive
- 5+ years: Driver Recruitment Team Lead / Supervisor

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹40,138.17 per month
