Draughtsman – Commercial Office Interiors Company: HSN Realty Services India Private Limited Location: New Delhi | Employment: Full-time | Work Mode: On-site Role We are looking for an experienced Draughtsman to support our turnkey commercial office interior projects .

Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed AutoCAD working drawings, layouts, elevations, sections,3D Views and construction details . Prepare drawings for partitions, ceilings, flooring, furniture, joinery, and other interior works. Read and coordinate architectural and MEP drawings .

Incorporate design revisions and site changes. Coordinate with architects, project managers, vendors, and contractors . Support BOQ, quantity estimation, and technical documentation . Maintain drawing revisions, GFC/shop drawings,



and as-built records.

Ensure accuracy and timely submission of drawings for site execution.

Requirements Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Drafting . Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Lumion .

Experience in commercial office interiors / turnkey fit-out projects preferred. Good understanding of construction detailing and MEP coordination. Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
