- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate and convert travel leads into confirmed bookings and maximize conversion rates.
- Handle and grow the domestic travel market, including leisure, family, corporate, group, honeymoon, pilgrimage, and customized packages.
- Handle enquiries and sales related to Domestic, International, Umrah, Hajj, and customized travel itineraries.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare suitable travel packages and itineraries.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and travel partners.
