The Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day dispatch operations, including loading and unloading activities, helpers, drivers, vehicle movement, shipment coordination, and timely dispatch/delivery. The supervisor will ensure that all loading and unloading work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage all dispatch, loading, and unloading activities, ensuring goods/materials are loaded and unloaded safely, accurately, and on time.

- Allocate and supervise the daily work of all helpers, ensuring effective manpower utilization, proper guidance during loading, unloading, shifting, stacking, and other assigned activities, while maintaining compliance with safety procedures for the protected handling of goods and materials.

- Coordinate and monitor daily dispatch operations by assigning vehicles and drivers as per requirements, ensuring goods are properly loaded, arranged, counted, and secured, while coordinating with drivers, helpers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure timely vehicle movement, dispatch, and delivery.

- Handle delays, shortages, damages, loading/unloading issues, and other operational problems.





- Maintain proper records of dispatches, loading/unloading activities, manpower, vehicles, and deliveries.

- Ensure timely attendance of all helpers, assign work according to operational requirements, and monitor their productivity, discipline, and performance while providing necessary training and guidance on proper material handling and workplace safety.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness in loading/unloading areas while coordinating with warehouse and operations teams to maintain smooth operations and avoid dispatch delays.

- Verify that the correct quantity and materials are dispatched as per required documents, while preparing daily operational reports and updating management on dispatch, loading/unloading, and delivery status.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and operational procedures.

- Take immediate action to resolve manpower, loading/unloading, vehicle, or dispatch-related issues.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
