Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor

Department: Dispatch / Logistics

Reporting To: Dispatch Manager / Operations Manager

Job Purpose To supervise and coordinate the day-to-day dispatch activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and safe dispatch of materials/products to customers while maintaining proper documentation and inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily dispatch operations and allocate work to dispatch staff.
- Plan and coordinate vehicle loading and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure correct quantity, quality, packaging, and labeling before dispatch.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, transport documents, and other dispatch-related documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Production, Accounts, and Transporters for smooth dispatch operations.
- Ensure timely loading and delivery of materials as per customer requirements.
- Monitor vehicle availability, loading status, and dispatch schedules.
- Maintain proper records of dispatched materials and returned/damaged goods.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures during loading and unloading.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and coordinate with concerned departments for timely solutions.




- Monitor transporter performance and maintain proper communication with drivers/transporters.
- Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports and share them with management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline in the dispatch area.
- Train and guide dispatch team members to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or similar operations.
- Good knowledge of dispatch documentation and logistics processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software systems.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to accuracy and timely execution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
