Role Description The Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The Director oversees overall business performance, sets strategic direction, and ensures that operational, financial, and production goals are met. Daily responsibilities include guiding senior managers, reviewing production and quality metrics, and making decisions on resource allocation, investments, and cost control.

The Director builds and maintains relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners, while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards. This role also involves leading organizational improvements, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning,



and representing the company in high-level meetings and negotiations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership experience in manufacturing, machinery, steel, or alloy casting industries, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and decision-making abilities to drive growth and operational efficiency.
- Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management in an industrial environment.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost management, and performance analysis, to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for dealing with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ability to work in office and engage directly with operations, preferring a hands-on approach to problem-solving and performance improvement.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business management, operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with regulatory compliance, workplace safety standards, and risk management in industrial settings is an advantage.
