Role Description The Director role at Modwin Networks Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Kasaragod. The Director will oversee overall business operations, drive strategic planning, and ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions across key sectors, particularly hospitality and large infrastructure projects.

Daily responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, guiding large-scale deployment projects, and aligning service offerings with market needs and company goals. The role also involves financial oversight, performance monitoring,



risk management, and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. The Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop new business opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and uphold high standards of service quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Robust leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to guide diverse technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in strategic planning, business development, and project governance within technology infrastructure or networking services.
- Proficiency in overseeing solutions such as structured cabling, data and Wi-Fi networking, security systems, and audio-visual or building management systems.
- Demonstrated capability in financial management, budgeting, performance analysis, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Prior experience in hospitality, large facilities, or enterprise technology environments is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kasaragod and travel as needed for client meetings and project oversight.
