Digital Marketing Expert - Client Delivery & Lead Generation

Infotech Launch is looking for a highly accountable and growth-driven Digital Marketing Expert to join our remote team.

This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage digital marketing campaigns, generate qualified leads, work with clients, analyze campaign performance, and contribute to the growth of our marketing team.

You will work closely with our Sales, Leadership, and AI Product teams to execute marketing strategies, improve campaign performance, and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize organic and paid digital marketing campaigns
- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation campaigns
- Build and manage WhatsApp marketing workflows, automation, and customer engagement campaigns
- Develop lead-generation strategies across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversion rates, and other key marketing KPIs
- Prepare marketing dashboards, performance reports, and client presentations
- Work closely with the Sales & Leadership team to achieve monthly lead and growth targets
- Manage client marketing requirements and ensure timely campaign delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and marketing ROI
- Train and mentor recent marketing team members
- Research and implement new AI-powered marketing tools and workflows
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, automation, and AI trends

Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to independently manage tasks and take ownership of results
- Experience training, mentoring, or supporting junior team members is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working with U.S. clients and international teams
- Willingness to learn and implement AI-powered marketing tools

What We Offer Phase 1 - Trial Period

2 weeks | ₹10,000 fixed

Phase 2 - Ramp-Up

Months 1-3 | ₹30,000/month

Phase 3 - Full Engagement

Month 4 onward | ₹40,000/month

₹40,000+ is negotiable for highly qualified candidates.
