About HiWox

HiWox is building a HealthTech and wellness platform focused on preventive healthcare, personalized wellness, health intelligence, and measurable transformation through 9 areas of wellness: Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Social, Spiritual, Occupational, Environmental, Financial, and Sexual &

- Reproductive Wellness.

We are currently in the initial product testing and development stage and are looking for a digital marketing expert who can build HiWox's digital growth engine from the ground up.

This is an equity-only founding team opportunity, with no fixed salary until we secure funding and stabilize revenue.

As a Digital Marketing Expert at HiWox, your primary responsibilities would include:

- Develop and execute HiWox's end-to-end digital marketing and growth strategy.
- Build acquisition funnels across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns.
- Build landing pages, lead funnels, retargeting systems, email/WhatsApp campaigns, and conversion journeys.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Work closely with the branding and content team to convert content into measurable business growth.
- Develop SEO and organic growth strategies around healthcare, wellness, preventive health, and the 9 areas of wellness.
- Track CAC, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, retention, funnel performance, and other key growth metrics.
- Set up analytics, attribution, dashboards, pixels, tracking, and experimentation systems.
- Use AI and automation to improve campaign management, research, content distribution, lead qualification, and reporting.
- Continuously test new channels, creatives, messaging, audiences, and growth strategies.

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing,



or startup marketing.
- Proven experience in building digital acquisition funnels from scratch.
- Solid hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- SEO
- CRM / lead automation
- Email &
- WhatsApp marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, remarketing, and attribution.
- Experience in HealthTech, healthcare, wellness, fitness, SaaS, D2C, or startups is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes rather than just executing assigned tasks.

Immediate Priorities —
- First 90 Days

- Build HiWox's digital marketing and acquisition strategy.
- Set up tracking, analytics, funnels, and reporting systems.
- Identify the most effective customer segments and acquisition channels.
- Launch initial Meta/Google campaigns and establish a testing framework.
- Build lead-generation and conversion funnels.
- Develop an organic + paid content distribution strategy.
- Create a repeatable system for acquiring users at sustainable CAC.

Equity-Based Opportunity This is an equity-only founding team opportunity.

There is no fixed salary during the initial bootstrapping phase.

Compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.

Founder Onboarding Process

- 3–4 strategic discussions to evaluate expertise, mindset, execution ability, and long-term alignment.
- A 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate ownership and contribution.
- Long-term founding team agreement.
- Equity allocation based on contribution and commitment.
- 5-year vesting structure for core founding members.

Ideal Candidate We are not looking for someone who simply manages social media or runs ads.

We are looking for a growth-focused digital marketing expert who can build HiWox's complete digital acquisition engine—from positioning and traffic generation to lead capture, conversion, analytics, and retention.
