Objective of the role : The purpose of this role is to be responsible for overall accounting, reporting and audit

Location : Kalpataru Synergy, Santacruz, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Finalization of Balance sheet & Profit/ Loss Statements
- Preparation of consolidated and standalone financial statements
- Project profitability analysis.
- Quarterly and Annually RERA compliances
- Preparation of Cost and Tax Audit reports
- Preparing various MIS reports
- Preparation of cash flow reports

Work Experience

Experience - 10 to 15 years

Qualification - CA

Competencies Required

- SAP Knowledge & Usage
- Working knowledge of IND AS & IGAAP
- Attention to Detail
- Accounting, Recording & Reporting Controls
- Account Documentation
