Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Secunderabad

Experience: 2+ Years

CTC: 23,000 per month

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. IT / B.Sc. CS / BCA

Job Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and applications.
- Handle user incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and other connectivity issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and desktop troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple user issues.
