Evora Gifting is hiring a Design & Marketing Intern to work directly with the founding team on how our products look and how they show up online.

This is a hands-on role, not a shadowing role. You'll be making things from week one.

What you'll do

- Work on new product design — concepts, mockups, packaging, moodboards, and the small details that decide whether a gift sells
- Turn client briefs into visual options the team can actually pitch
- Plan and design content for Instagram and LinkedIn: reels, carousels, statics, stories
- Bring ideas to the table, not just execute ours — you'll be expected to walk in with "we should do this" more than once a week
- Appear on camera for product videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content
- Track what's working, and say so honestly when something isn't

Who this is for

- Based in Delhi NCR, and able to come in for one offline working day each week at South Delhi The other four days are remote.
- Comfortable on camera. You don't need to be a performer, but you should be able to pick up a phone and talk to it without freezing.



This is a real part of the job, not an occasional extra.
- Working knowledge of at least one design tool — Figma, Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop. We care more about your eye than your software list.
- You use AI tools well and know where they stop being helpful.
- You notice things: packaging in a shop, a good ad, why one reel worked and the next one didn't.

Nice to have

- Video editing (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut)
- You've run a page, a small brand, a college fest handle, or your own account and have numbers to show
- Any exposure to corporate gifting, events, or retail
