Oversee all aspects of the production process, including assembly, Injection moulding and End of Line testing.

- Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand while maintaining efficient use of resources
- Monitor production processes and adjust production schedules as needed to maintain quality standards and meet customer requirements
- Manage and train production employees, ensuring that all the members are trained to perform their duties efficiently as per expected skill level safely.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that materials and supplies are available when needed
- Develop and implement safety procedures and guidelines to ensure that all production processes are performed safely with 100% PPE adherence.
- Ensure safety audits completion on time and vigilant to safety at workplace for safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Maintenance, Manufacturing engineering, Quality, Engineering and logistics, to improve production processes and meet customer requirements
- Ensure that all production processes comply with industry standards and regulations
- Provide regular reports to senior management on production progress, OEE, Manufacturing scrap and output efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, 8D methodology, 7QC tools etc




- Contribute to cost reduction initiatives to support for productivity cost savings from shop floor.
- Maintain high level of 5S in shop floor and improve visual factory floor
- Motivate employees to participate in KAIZEN and Suggestion process.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 quality management system standards
- Robust knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools.

Experience : Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in a production management role in the automobile industry

Industry Preferred : Automotive/ Manufacturing in OEM.

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Electronics/Mechatronics related field.

Knowledge : Strong knowledge of production processes, including assembly, Injection moulding, Servo pressing, Coil winding, PU Potting, Heat treatment and Electrical testing etc.,

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including safety and environmental regulations.
