- Creating and Deployment of Standards and Guideline
- Identify the root cause and complete the corrective/preventive actions External Interfaces Internal Interfaces
- Ensuring deployment of Quality standards and guidelines across Mfg Units.
- Deploying all current initiatives at all units and Gold Jew Manufacturing like WBQ, light weight guideline
- Knowledge transfer to Inspectors &
- Karigars on Quality requirements
- Carrying out 1st Bulk Audit for New collection launch
- Incorporate NPIM feedback during bulk delivery
- Process Benchmark for Critical Process
- Training &
- Awareness of Quality standards to Karigars, QC &

- Establish the Processes for Findings Mfg
- Establish process control through control charts
- Benchmark with international brands and create user friendly findings
Work Experience
- Graduate in Engineering (Mech or Metallurgy)
- 3-5 Years of Industry Experience
- Expertise on Gold Jewellery Mfg in Casting &
- Machine-made Routes
- Knowledge on components and Findings Mfg will be an added advantage
- Process champions in all the above areas and specific
