Job Summary We are looking for a Denodo Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Denodo Data Virtualization , data integration, logical data modeling, and performance optimization. The candidate should have strong experience in developing and supporting enterprise data virtualization solutions and integrating data from multiple heterogeneous sources.

Must-Have Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Denodo
- Strong experience in Denodo Data Virtualization
- Hands-on experience with Denodo Views, Base Views, Derived Views and Associations
- Strong understanding of data modeling and semantic layer development
- Experience connecting Denodo with multiple data sources such as:

- Oracle

- SQL Server

- PostgreSQL

- Snowflake
- REST APIs / Web Services

- Cloud data platforms
- Strong SQL knowledge and query development
- Experience in data source integration and data federation
- Experience with query optimization and performance tuning
- Valuable understanding of joins, caching, aggregations and query execution in Denodo
- Experience with Denodo Scheduler and data refresh mechanisms
- Experience troubleshooting data virtualization and connectivity issues
- Good understanding of security, authentication, authorization and access control in Denodo

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain Denodo virtual data models
- Create and maintain Base Views, Derived Views, Associations and business views
- Integrate heterogeneous enterprise data sources through Denodo
- Develop reusable and scalable logical data models




- Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and transformation
- Perform query optimization and identify performance bottlenecks
- Configure caching and data refresh strategies based on business requirements
- Implement data access controls and security policies
- Develop and maintain REST/API-based integrations where required
- Monitor Denodo environments and troubleshoot production issues
- Perform root-cause analysis for data quality, connectivity and performance issues
- Support deployment of Denodo objects across Development, QA and Production environments
- Prepare technical documentation and support operational activities
- Work closely with Data Engineers, Architects, Business Analysts and application teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews and release activities
