We are profitable, growing 4x year on year, and we serve 16+ retained clients across fintech, insurance, healthcare, retail and real estate, including one of India's largest hospital chains. Our own operating system (GrowthByte OS) runs every workflow, and we are now scaling it to agencies and small businesses. We are incubated by ThinkByte.AI.

The next 12 months are a scale sprint. This role is at the center of it.

The roleYou will run day-to-day delivery across all client accounts: paid media, SEO, content, social and influencer. You work directly with our delivery owner and leadership, and you own the outcomes clients pay for.

This is not a coordination job. It is a build job: as AI takes over execution, the humans who remain make the decisions that separate good accounts from great ones. You will build that human layer: the review gates, the playbooks, the escalation matrix, and the team.

What you will own

- Delivery outcomes across all accounts : targets hit, SLAs met
- Performance marketing depth: Meta, Google, and emerging channels; budgets, structures, creative iteration, ROAS accountability
- Multi-channel judgment: knowing when SEO, content, influencer or paid moves the client's number, and directing the mix




- The human decision layer: quality gates and review rituals on top of AI-executed work, codified into playbooks inside our product
- Team building: delivery pods today, a large team as we scale; hiring, coaching, promoting interns into owners
- Capacity planning: absorbing 2x client volume without quality dipping

You are a fit if you have
- 5 to 8 years in growth or performance marketing, with at least 2 years running delivery for multiple accounts (agency or multi-brand in-house)
- Hands-on depth in paid (Meta and Google at meaningful spend) plus working command of SEO, content and social
- A track record of hitting client outcomes and retaining accounts, not just shipping activity
- Experience building or managing a team of 5+, with appetite to build much bigger
- Comfort with AI tools in production workflows, and strong instincts for what still needs a human
- Bias for ownership: you flag risks early, commit to dates, and deliver them
