- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in platform design and integration processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform Engineering.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Infrastructure, Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong knowledge of data platform architecture and design principles.
- Experience collaborating with architects and cross-functional teams to ensure system integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-related issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platform solutions and infrastructure management.
