About the Rol eWe are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Modele r to lead enterprise-scale data modelling initiatives for a Databricks-based Lakehouse platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Data Vault 2.0, dimensional modelling, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and enterprise data governanc e

.This role will be responsible for designing scalable, governed, and audit-ready data models that support regulatory reporting, analytics, AI/ML, management reporting, and self-service BI across the organization

.Key Responsibilitie sEnterprise Data Modellin

- gDesign conceptual, logical, and physical data models across enterprise business domains
- .Develop and maintain Data Vault 2.0 structures including Hubs, Links, Satellites, PIT, and Bridge tables

- .Create dimensional models, star schemas, snowflake schemas, and semantic consumption layers
- .Build canonical data models for Customer, Policy, Claims, Finance, Premium, Commission, and Sales domains
- .Lead source-to-target mapping workshops and convert business requirements into governed data structures

.Databricks Lakehouse Architectur
- eDefine modelling standards for Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers
- .Design Delta Lake optimized data structures for analytical and reporting workloads

- .Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure scalable and performant implementations
- .Drive model optimization strategies including partitioning, clustering, normalization, and denormalization

.Governance & • Metadata Managemen

- tEstablish enterprise data modelling standards and naming conventions




- .Support Unity Catalog governance and data organization strategies
- .Maintain data dictionaries, business glossaries, metadata repositories, and lineage documentation

- .Ensure models comply with regulatory, privacy, security, and audit requirements

- tWork closely with business SMEs, product owners, architects, governance teams, and data engineers

- .Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable data models
- .Conduct model reviews, walkthroughs, and stakeholder sign-off sessions
- .Perform impact assessments for source system and reporting changes

- sBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Analytics, or related field

- .Experience working on Databricks Lakehouse or similar cloud-based data platforms
