Sky Gold & Diamonds Ltd. is looking for a MIS Executive / Data Entry Operator to join our CAM / Production Team. The role involves managing production data, MIS reporting, ERP updates and coordination with CAM and Production teams.

Candidates with experience in the Jewellery / Gold & Diamond Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.

Role & responsibilities

- Enter and maintain CAM & production-related data.
- Update job details, quantities and production status.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/software systems.
- Verify data and documents for accuracy.
- Prepare daily MIS and production reports.
- Coordinate with CAM, Production and other internal teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate system updates.

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF,



Data Validation, Sorting/Filtering & MIS Reporting.
- Strong data entry, typing and documentation skills.
- Good computer and ERP/software knowledge.
- Gati / Synergy experience preferred.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Jewellery / Gold Manufacturing / Production / CAM / CAD / Inventory will be an advantage.
- Disciplined, sincere and hardworking.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates with BPO/MIS/ERP experience may also be considered.
