- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support business requirements.
- Oversee the monitoring and troubleshooting of data pipelines to ensure continuous and reliable data flow.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and project contributions. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in designing and managing data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and data quality assurance.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize data workflows for performance.
- Familiarity with data storage solutions and data migration strategies.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
