Duties and Responsibilities

Key Skills

- Basic knowledge of servers, networking, storage, and backup devices
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Understanding of management ports such as IMM, iDRAC, and iLO
- Attention to detail in maintaining inventory and checklists
- Strong coordination and incident monitoring skills

Work Setting

- 24/7 support setup
- 6 working days per week with a rotating weekly off

Job Responsibilities Data Center Operations & Maintenance:

- Mount and demount data center devices including servers, switches, and storage
- Perform and maintain daily operational checklists and conduct physical inspections
- Configure and verify management ports: IMM,



iDRAC, iLO
- Accurately track device movements and update inventory logs

Technical Assistance & Monitoring

- Assist OEM and internal technical teams with hardware installation, troubleshooting, and replacements
- Monitor and maintain data center cleanliness and manage visitor logs
- Coordinate vendor activities and provide escort support when required
- Support backup and media management tasks
- Monitor incident tickets, batch processes, and file uploads
- Escalate critical issues to L2 or appropriate technical teams
- Participate in BCP (Business Continuity Planning) and DR (Disaster Recovery) drill coordination
