Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst who will be responsible for collecting, organizing, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources. The role will focus on converting raw data into meaningful insights and reports to support business decision-making.

The candidate will work extensively on MAssist data analysis, Excel-based reporting, Power BI dashboards, MySQL databases, and Zoho data, ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources, systems, and business functions.
- Extract, clean, validate, and organize raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
- Work extensively on MAssist data, including data extraction, validation, analysis, and reporting.
- Prepare regular MIS, management reports, dashboards, and analytical reports.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visual reports for management review.
- Use MySQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases.
- Perform advanced data analysis using MS Excel, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, lookups, conditional formulas, and data validation.
- Create automated and efficient Excel-based reporting systems wherever possible.
- Work with Zoho data and reports; knowledge of Zoho CRM/Zoho Analytics or related Zoho applications will be an added advantage.




- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for correction and validation.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis based on management requirements.
- Track key business metrics and provide insights to support business planning and decision-making.
- Maintain data confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory.

Strong command of Excel formulas such as XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, nested formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, etc.

Hands-on knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modelling, and visualization.

Working knowledge of MySQL and SQL queries.

Experience in handling and analyzing large datasets.

Strong data cleaning and data validation skills.

Good understanding of MIS and business reporting.

Ability to convert complex data into simple and actionable insights.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

Good to Have

Experience working with MAssist or similar attendance/business management systems.

Knowledge of Zoho CRM / Zoho Analytics / Zoho Reports.

Experience in data automation and reporting optimization.

Knowledge of Power Query and basic DAX.

Experience in the FMCG, Beauty, Retail, Distribution, or E-commerce industry would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
