Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the voice of the brand, assisting customers through voice calls, emails, or chat support, ensuring prompt resolution and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.

- Provide accurate information related to products, services, or policies.

- Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.

- Log customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.





- Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures diligently.

- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance and quality targets.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in customer support or a call center environment (Freshers welcome).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language).

- Strong listening skills and empathy.

- Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
