About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can provide excellent support to our customers by answering their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer calls, chats, and messages.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers with service-related and app-related queries.
- Follow up with customers until their issues are resolved.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely support.
- Deliver a friendly and skilled customer experience.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills.




- Tamil language knowledge is mandatory.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- One weekday off
- Saturday & Sunday are mandatory working days
