Customer Success Manager (Recruitment Delivery, Hire360)
GoodSpace.ai | Noida, Sector 32 | On-site, 6 days | Reports to VP of Delivery
GoodSpace is an AI recruitment platform with 1.19M+ candidate profiles indexed. Hire360 is our full-service arm: clients sign a mandate, we run the search end to end on our own AI stack, we earn a success fee on the hired candidate's CTC. In the last eight months we signed a book worth over ₹26 Cr of candidate CTC across 200+ mandates.
By the time a mandate reaches you it is already signed and already paid for in sales effort. Whether it becomes a join is decided inside your pod. You carry a book of live mandates, the clients behind them, and two recruiters. Turning that book into offer letters and joins is the job.
What You Own
You own a book, a client set and a pod. Sales signs. The VP sets the target. Everything between the mandate going live and the candidate walking in on day one is yours.
- The book. A defined portfolio of live mandates and the order value attached to them. Your headline target is how much of that order value you convert into offer letters. You decide which mandates get your recruiters' hours this week and which ones do not deserve them.
- The client. You are the voice of GoodSpace to the hiring manager and the HR head. Weekly pipeline reviews, calibration after every rejection, and bad news delivered by you before they find it themselves.
- Two recruiters. Daily allocation, sourcing quality, output per head. You review their shortlists before the client does. Their ramp and their numbers are your numbers.
- Shortlist quality. Never send a profile you cannot defend on a call.
Track interview-to-select on every requisition and feed every rejection reason back into the next search the same day.
- Cycle time. Mandate live to first shortlist, first shortlist to first client interview, interview to offer, offer to join. You own the SLA on each stage of your book and you report attainment weekly.
- The offer-to-join gap. This is where the money dies. Own the offer negotiation, the counter-offer, the notice period, the documentation, the follow-up in weeks three and seven, and the first thirty days after joining.
- Commercial hygiene. Upfront collected before work starts. Correct fee on the mandate. Invoice raised the day the candidate joins, and you chase it until it is collected. Invoiced is not collected.
- The platform. Your book lives in our system, not in your notebook and not in a sheet. Every stage moves the same day it happens. If the dashboard is wrong, your number is wrong.
- Repeat business. A client who gives you a second mandate is worth more than a client you closed once. Own the account, not the requisition.
How You Are Measured Offer letter value converted from your order book is the headline. Alongside it: joins per month, joins per recruiter, mandate to join conversion, median days to join, interview-to-select ratio, offer-to-join drop rate,
early attrition and replacements, upfront compliance, AR ageing on your invoices, and repeat mandates from your accounts. Your book size and quarterly targets are set with your VP in your first two weeks.
What We Need
Required
- 4+ years in recruitment, agency, RPO or staffing, with at least 1 year managing recruiters directly
- Full cycle ownership: you have sourced, screened, scheduled, negotiated an offer and got a candidate through the door, not just handed profiles to someone else
- You have carried a delivery number, monthly or quarterly, and can tell us what you hit and what you missed
- Volume hiring across mid-market Indian bands (4 to 25 LPA) in sales, tech, support and operations
- Client-facing confidence with HR heads, hiring managers and founders. You can say no to a bad requisition and keep the account
- Comfortable working from a dashboard. You know your pipeline number before someone asks for it
- Fluent in English and Hindi, in office in Noida, six days
Preferred: agency background with a contingent success-fee model; experience running a small pod rather than working solo; exposure to both contingent and retained mandates; ATS or recruitment platform native rather than spreadsheet native; startup pace with no pre-built playbook. How you work: you call the client before the client calls you, you kill a dead mandate instead of nursing it for a quarter, you know which of your recruiters is behind and why by Wednesday, you follow up with an offered candidate every week until they join, and you would rather fix the process than work another Sunday.
