- Handle customer queries through inbound calls and chats (English)
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations effectively
- Deliver excellent customer service and support
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th Pass
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Valuable English communication skills
Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts
Salary & Benefits
CTC: ₹18,000 per month
In-hand Salary: ₹14,000 per month
Performance Bonus: Up to ₹1,000 per month
