We are looking for a confident and motivated Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.
The role involves communicating with businesses, introducing our services, answering their questions, following up with interested businesses, and developing long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Contact businesses and introduce our company's services.
- Explain our services clearly and answer basic questions.
- Follow up with businesses that have shown interest.
- Maintain regular communication with potential and existing customers.
- Build positive and professional relationships with customers.
- Update customer information and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with the internal team when required.
- Work towards achieving customer and business development targets.
Requirements:
- Fresher to (3)
years of experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with businesses over the phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good command of English and Malayalam.
- Hindi or other Indian languages will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
