About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who enjoys solving problems and creating a great customer experience. You’ll be responsible for handling inbound customer queries and ensuring every issue is resolved quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries related to orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, payments, and products.

Manage and resolve queries through our CRM portal.

Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely closure.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.





Use CRM shortcuts, templates, and automations to improve efficiency.

Identify recurring issues and suggest ways to improve the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Customer-first attitude with patience and empathy.

Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital tools.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple queries.

Prior customer support/CRM experience is a plus.
