- Client Consultation: Guide buyers through available customization options (e.g., flooring, paint, fixtures, layout tweaks) while ensuring modifications remain structurally sound and compliant with building codes.
- Snagging & Defect Management: Conduct rigorous pre-handover inspections to identify defects. Coordinate with contractors to resolve issues before the keys are officially handed over to the client.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary coordinate between sales, design, construction, and facility management teams to execute client requests accurately.
- Handover Execution: Manage the formal walkthrough process, explain property maintenance procedures, and hand over the keys.
- Documentation: Track all customization requests, variations, costs, and handover documents using property management software.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
