Location: Ghaziabad / Delhi NCR ? Position: Customer Care Executive ? Industry: Healthcare / Cardiac Diagnostics ⏰ Job Type: Full time | Work From Office ? Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate ? Experience: Fresher to 2 Years Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound & outbound patient calls Manage new patient bookings and appointment confirmations Coordinate Holter, ELR, ABPM & Sleep Study appointments Coordinate with field technicians for installation & removal Follow up on pending cases and reports Handle patient queries and complaints professionally Coordinate with hospitals,



doctors and internal teams Update bookings and case status in CRM/software Handle WhatsApp communication with patients Ensure smooth coordination from booking to report delivery Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi & English Good telephone etiquette Basic computer & MS Excel knowledge Comfortable using WhatsApp and CRM/software Good follow-up and coordination skills Patient-friendly and problem-solving attitude Ability to handle multiple calls and cases Healthcare/diagnostic experience will be preferred Freshers Can ApplyCandidates with strong communication and computer skills are welcome.
