- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Graph Databases, Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong understanding of graph database architectures and query languages.
- Ability to design and optimize complex data structures for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Experience in integrating graph databases with various application frameworks.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting in graph database environments.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Graph Databases.
- This position is based at our DDC 1A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
