- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and skill development.




- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns related to data modeling.
- Experience with database schema design and optimization for performance and scalability.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation processes within software systems.
- Capability to work with various data storage technologies and understand their impact on modeling.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ location.
