Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
- Support the integration of new technologies and tools to optimize software development practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP.
- Robust experience in software configuration and system development within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
