Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.




- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) with EDI expertise.
- Should have worked in 1 to 2 End to End Implementation projects and have experience in doing configurations and writing Functional specifications/Design.
- Experience in working in EDI interfaces is a must.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with database management and data integration techniques.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SD modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD processes and integrations.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other SAP modules such as Materials Management and Finance.
- Skilled in analyzing business processes and translating them into technical specifications for SAP SD enhancements.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
