Summary

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.




- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and logistics workflows.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP EWM environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP EWM and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in analyzing system requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.

The following are the mandatory experience requirements for this role: Hands-on experience in at least 2 EWM implementations

Experience working on ECC to HANA upgrades

Experience in FS creation

Ability to directly engage and communicate effectively with clients and key stakeholders
