- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of change control processes and methodologies.
- Experience in managing software release cycles and version control.
- Ability to assess impact and risks associated with changes in software environments.
- Skilled in stakeholder communication and coordination during change implementation.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for tracking and documenting change requests.
