- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.




- Lead the design and implementation of custom software components ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster qualified growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in problem-solving activities. Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing code for high-performance applications within SAP environments.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and integration techniques specific to SAP HANA.
- Ability to work with agile development methodologies and modern software frameworks.
- Skilled in debugging, testing, and maintaining complex software solutions to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and version control systems.
