Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Marketing, CPDC & CPDS.
- Strong expertise in designing and configuring Pega applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Pega Marketing environments.
- Ability to optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
