Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of software components are integral parts of your daily activities, fostering seamless business operations through customized technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application configurations and customizations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP.
- Experience in customizing and configuring enterprise applications to meet business needs.
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and document technical details clearly.
