- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), PySpark.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms.
- Experience in designing scalable and efficient data pipelines.
- Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex data processing workflows.
- Familiarity with distributed computing concepts and big data technologies.
