Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Functional Consultant to support and drive the delivery of Asset Management transformation initiatives on SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing and configuring SAP EAM solutions, supporting integrations, facilitating testing activities, and ensuring alignment with global maintenance and reliability processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong SAP PM/EAM functional expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working in complex transformation programs within asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Chemicals, or Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders and process owners. Analyze, design, configure, and support SAP PM/EAM solutions in SAP S/4HANA. Implement and optimize end-to-end maintenance processes, including: Technical Object Management Preventive Maintenance Corrective Maintenance Work Management Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Breakdown Maintenance Notifications and Work Orders Task Lists and Maintenance Plans Refurbishment Processes Spare Parts and Inventory Integration Support adoption of industry best practices, including reliability-centered maintenance and the 9-phase maintenance model.

Prepare Functional

Specifications (FS) and collaborate with technical teams on developments, enhancements, reports, forms, workflows,



and interfaces. Work closely with cross-functional teams including MM, FI/CO, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, and Data Management. Support SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover, and hypercare activities.

Facilitate business process documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions. Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure successful solution deployment.

Integration Responsibilities

Work on end-to-end integration scenarios between SAP EAM and third-party applications.

Support integrations involving: LDAR (Leak Detection and Repair) Permit Vision Prometheus STO Document Management Systems Asset Performance Management Solutions Procurement and Vendor Portals Enterprise Data Platforms Collaborate with middleware and integration teams using APIs, IDocs, BTP Integration Suite, CPI, and other integration technologies. Participate in interface design, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.

Dynamic

Forms & Digital Maintenance Solutions Support design and implementation of digital maintenance execution solutions utilizing dynamic forms. Collaborate with business users to define electronic inspection checklists, commissioning forms, work execution forms, and safety documentation. Ensure seamless integration of digital forms with SAP maintenance notifications, work orders, task lists and technical objects.

Drive efficiency improvements through paperless maintenance and mobile-enabled solutions.

Data Migration

Responsibilities (ETL) Support asset and master data migration activities as part of SAP transformation programs.





Work with data teams on: Data mapping Data cleansing Data validation Data reconciliation Mock and production loads Experience with: ETL processes and data migration frameworks Legacy-to-SAP data conversion activities Equipment, Functional Location, BOM, Task List, Measurement Point, Maintenance Plan etc migration Coordinate with MDG and master data governance teams to ensure data quality and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of SAP PM/EAM functional consulting experience. Strong experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Asset Management. Hands-on configuration experience in SAP PM. Strong understanding of maintenance business processes and work management.

Experience in preparing: Business Process Documents Functional Specifications Test Scripts User Training Material Experience leading workshops and engaging with senior business stakeholders. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience supporting large-scale implementation, rollout, or transformation programs. Preferred / Added Advantage Experience within large global transformation programs.

Experience in third-party system integrations.

Experience with dynamic forms and digital maintenance execution solutions. Exposure to RSH, ETL, and enterprise data migration activities. Knowledge of SAP MDG, SAP BTP, SAP Asset Manager, and SAP Intelligent Asset Management solutions.

Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, or other asset-intensive industries. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in engineering, Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline. SAP PM/EAM certification is desirable. Additional SAP S/4HANA certifications are an advantage.

Experience Range 8–15+ years of relevant SAP PM/EAM consulting experience with solid exposure to S/4HANA transformations and enterprise asset management processes.
