? Key Responsibilities:

- Implementation & monitoring of CSR initiatives aligned with ESG frameworks

- Ensure compliance with ISO 26000 and other CSR standards

- Coordinate and prepare for ESG audits, CSR impact assessments

- Draft CSR policies, reports, and stakeholder communication

- Liaison with government bodies, NGOs, and internal departments

✅ Requirements:

- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work / Workplace / Sustainability / MBA

- Experience: 3–5 years in CSR, ESG, or Sustainability in manufacturing or steel sector

- Strong knowledge of ESG metrics, CSR laws, and ISO standards

- Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills
