We are looking for a CRM Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between our custom lead-generation platform and third-party CRM systems.

This role is ideal for a backend engineer with strong experience in APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, data synchronization, and third-party SaaS integrations. Experience with CRM platforms and the real-estate / PropTech industry will be a strong advantage.

You will take ownership of integrations end to end—from understanding third-party APIs and designing the integration architecture to implementation, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain integrations between our platform and third-party CRM systems.
- Integrate with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, Freshsales/Freshworks, and industry-specific CRM solutions.
- Build integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, event-driven systems, and asynchronous workflows.
- Develop uni-directional and bi-directional data synchronization between internal and external systems.
- Map application data to CRM standard objects, custom objects, fields, relationships, and workflows.
- Implement secure OAuth authentication, token storage, token refresh, and authorization workflows.
- Build and maintain webhook endpoints and event-processing pipelines.
- Handle API rate limits, retries, timeouts, failures, duplicate events, and synchronization conflicts.
- Build idempotent, fault-tolerant, and recoverable integration workflows.
- Maintain accurate lead attribution, identifiers, data relationships, and synchronization state across multiple systems.
- Develop backend services and database models required to support integrations.
- Implement logging, monitoring, error tracking, and operational visibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures and production issues.
- Evaluate third-party API documentation and independently implement new integrations.
- Build reusable integration components and abstractions that can support multiple CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, product,



and QA teams to deliver end-to-end CRM functionality.
- Contribute to integration architecture, technical documentation, coding standards, and engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience in backend development, API integrations, CRM integrations, or a related engineering role.
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript, or comparable backend technologies.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, status codes, headers, and API design principles.
- Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0, API keys, access tokens, refresh tokens, authentication, and authorization.
- Experience building and consuming webhooks.
- Understanding of event-driven and asynchronous architectures.
- Strong experience working with JSON-based APIs.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Experience integrating third-party SaaS platforms and external APIs.
- Robust understanding of:
- API rate limiting
- Retries and exponential backoff
- Idempotency
- Data validation
- Error handling
- Duplicate-event handling
- Data synchronization
- Conflict resolution
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand technical documentation and independently implement integrations with unfamiliar platforms.

CRM Experience Hands-on experience with at least one of the following CRM platforms is strongly preferred:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- Zoho CRM
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Pipedrive
- Freshsales / Freshworks CRM
- Real-estate CRM platforms
- Other enterprise CRM, ERP, or business-management platforms

Real-Estate / PropTech Experience Experience working with real-estate technology or PropTech platforms is highly desirable.
