We are looking for an experienced Corporate Technical Trainer to train and mentor freshers in modern software development and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in PHP, React, DevOps, and AWS, along with the ability to deliver practical, industry-focused training.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical training sessions on PHP, React, DevOps, AWS, and related technologies.
- Deliver structured, industry-oriented training through hands-on coding and real-time projects.
- Design practical assignments, coding exercises, projects, and technical assessments.
- Evaluate trainees' technical skills, learning progress, and project performance.
- Identify skill gaps and provide corrective technical guidance and mentoring.
- Prepare trainees for production-level software development and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback on coding practices.
- Provide practical training on AWS cloud services, deployment, hosting, and cloud fundamentals.
- Maintain training plans, progress reports, and performance documentation.
- Coordinate with HR, Management, and Technical Teams regarding trainee performance and readiness.
- Continuously update training content based on current industry standards and technologies.

Requirements





- 2–3 years of qualified experience in software development and/or technical training.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of PHP, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Good understanding of DevOps, Git, CI/CD, Linux, and deployment practices.
- Practical knowledge of AWS services and cloud fundamentals.
- Experience with AWS deployment, hosting, IAM, EC2, S3, and related services is preferred.
- Experience working on real-time or production-level projects.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Experience mentoring freshers or junior developers is highly preferred.

What We're Looking For A trainer who can go beyond theoretical teaching and build job-ready developers through practical coding, real-time projects, cloud deployment, DevOps practices, mentoring, and continuous technical evaluation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
