We seek a dynamic Corporate HR Manager to champion our People Strategy and Organizational Growth Support at Synnat Pharma, a fast-growing leader in Pharmaceuticals (API and Intermediates). This pivotal role is vital in building a strong and consistent people strategy across the organization. You will drive HR Strategy, Recruitment Leadership, and Employee Retention Strategies, shaping a thriving workplace by leading centralized recruitment, improving employee retention, standardizing salary structures, and strengthening HR and administrative processes.

The Corporate HR Manager will help ensure the company attracts, develops, and retains the right talent to support its growth objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Corporate HR Management

1. Lead the development and implementation of a robust people strategy aligned with Synnat Pharma's growth objectives, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
2. Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast talent needs, develop strategic workforce planning initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
3. Drive initiatives to foster a strong company culture, enhance employee engagement,



and promote continuous learning and professional growth.
4. Lead centralized recruitment efforts, developing effective sourcing strategies, managing the full recruitment cycle, and utilizing HR analytics to improve hiring processes.
5. Develop and execute comprehensive employee retention strategies, identifying key drivers of satisfaction and implementing programs to minimize turnover.
6. Oversee talent development initiatives, including training programs, performance management, and career progression planning.
7. Standardize and manage competitive salary structures and administer employee advantages programs, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
8. Strengthen and standardize HR and administrative processes, leveraging technology for efficiency, accuracy, and robust HR reporting.
9. Act as a primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
10. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and represent Synnat Pharma as an employer of choice in the pharmaceutical industry.
